Shipping Policy

Lovii ships all orders directly from our Karachi warehouse (DHA).

At this time, we operate within Pakistan only and do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM are dispatched the same working day

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM are dispatched the next working day

  • Dispatch takes place Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays

“Dispatch” means your order has been handed over to our courier partner.

Delivery Method

We offer express delivery for all orders.

  • Estimated delivery time: 1–4 working days

  • Payment mode: Cash on Delivery (COD only)

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and external factors.

Once your order is dispatched, you can track your shipment from here.

Delivery Timelines & Possible Delays

Most orders reach within the estimated timeframe. However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Protests or road closures

  • Weather conditions such as fog, heavy rain, or low visibility

  • Natural disasters

  • Local disruptions within the destination city

We appreciate your patience in such situations and will assist with follow-ups where possible.

Remote Locations

Delivery timelines may be longer for remote or hard-to-reach areas.
Estimated delivery times may not apply in such cases.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping details

  • Unreachable or unavailable recipient

  • Refusal to accept the order

The package may be returned to our warehouse. Re-dispatch, if requested, will be subject to approval.

Orders Marked as Delivered

Orders marked as “Delivered” by the courier are considered successfully completed.

Lovii is not responsible for loss or non-receipt once delivery is confirmed.
We recommend choosing a secure and accessible delivery address.

Shipping Coverage

  • Shipping available within Pakistan only

  • All orders are Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • International shipping is not available at this time
