Warranty Coverage
Every Lovii piece is designed for everyday wear — clean, durable, and dependable.
All Lovii products are covered by a 14-day limited warranty starting from the date the order is dispatched, protecting against manufacturing defects.
Additionally, stainless steel pieces are backed by a lifetime color and plating warranty.
Materials such as brass, 925 silver, or mixed alloys are not covered under the lifetime plating warranty.
When Does the Warranty Start?
The warranty period begins on the dispatch date, which is the day your order is handed over to our courier partner.
The delivery date does not affect warranty eligibility.
What This Warranty Covers
This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects, including:

Faulty clasps or closures

Structural defects present at dispatch

Color or plating defects on eligible stainless steel pieces
All claims are reviewed and approved at Lovii’s discretion after inspection.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

Normal wear and tear

Excessive or rough use

Lack of basic care

Accidental damage

Misuse, abuse, or improper handling

Use with non-Lovii products or accessories
Daily wear marks, minor scratches, and natural finish changes are not considered defects.
Chemical & Environmental Exposure (Not Covered)
To maintain the finish and integrity of your jewelry, avoid exposure to:

Liquid silver polish

Swimming pools
-
Hot tubs
-
Salt water
-
Spas and steam environments
We strongly recommend not sleeping while wearing your jewelry, as pressure and friction can weaken clasps and distort structure.
Failure to follow basic care guidelines may void warranty coverage.
Warranty Resolution (One-Time Only)
If a defect is confirmed within the warranty period, Lovii may, at its discretion and as permitted by law, offer one of the following one-time solutions:

Repair using new or refurbished parts

Replacement with the same or an equivalent product

Partial or full refund of the purchase price
Important Notes:

The defective item must be returned before any action is taken

Replacement items do not carry forward the remaining warranty period

Refunded items become the property of Lovii

Exclusions & Legal Notice
This limited warranty applies only to products manufactured and sold by Lovii.
This warranty is exclusive and replaces all other warranties, whether written, oral, express, or implied.
Where implied warranties cannot be legally excluded, they are limited to the duration of this limited warranty.
Lovii is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
No retailer, agent, or employee is authorized to modify, extend, or add to this warranty
