We keep our returns policy clear, fair, and consistent.

Lovii offers a 14-day return and exchange window starting from the date the order is dispatched.
If 14 days have passed since dispatch, we will not be able to offer a return, exchange, or refund.


When Does the Return Window Start?

The return and exchange window begins on the dispatch date, which is the day your order is handed over to our courier partner.
The delivery date does not affect return eligibility.


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse will not be eligible.


How to Apply for a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange request, contact our support team with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear images of the product

  • Reason for return or exchange

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Items returned in damaged condition not caused by our error

  • Items missing original packaging or accessories

  • Items returned after the 14-day window from dispatch

All decisions are made after inspection.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed via online bank transfer

  • Our team will guide you through the required details

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account

  2. Contact your bank, as processing delays are common

Sale Items

  • Sale or discounted items are non-refundable

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds or exchanges


Return Shipping

  • Return shipping details will be shared via email after approval

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If a refund is approved, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount

We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service.
(Services such as Bykea and Indrive are not trackable and are not recommended.)

Lovii is not responsible for items lost during return transit.


Exchanges

Exchange delivery times may vary based on location and courier availability.

This policy applies only to products sold directly by Lovii.

Lovii reserves the right to approve or reject any return, exchange, or refund request after inspection.
