1️⃣ How long does order processing take?

We process all orders within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched.

2️⃣ How long does shipping take?

  • Domestic (Pakistan): 2-5 business days after dispatch.

  • Express Delivery (if available): 1-3 business days after dispatch.

3️⃣ Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Lovii primarily ships within Pakistan. For international orders or inquiries, please contact us directly at support@shoplovii.com for assistance.

4️⃣ Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been processed or shipped. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase. If you notice an issue immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible.

5️⃣ Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We only accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items received damaged.

  • Incorrect items received.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or wrong size selection. All return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please review our full Return & Exchange Policy for details.

6️⃣ What if my item arrives damaged or I receive the wrong item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at Shoplovii2025@gmail.com. Kindly include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

7️⃣ What payment methods do you accept?

for now we only have one mode for payments within Pakistan

  • Cash on Delivery (COD, available for select orders)
