Refund Policy

We aim to keep refunds fair, clear, and transparent.

Lovii offers a 14-day refund and exchange window starting from the date the order is dispatched.
If 14 days have passed since dispatch, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse are not eligible for a full refund.


Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Items returned in a condition not caused by our error

  • Items returned with missing parts or damaged packaging

  • Items returned after the 14-day window from dispatch

All refunds are subject to inspection and approval.


Refund Approval & Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via text or WhatsApp that we have received your return

  • You will then be informed whether your refund has been approved or rejected

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed via online bank transfer only

  • Our team will guide you through the required banking details


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account

  2. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary

Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds

  • Sale or discounted items are non-refundable

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If a refund is approved, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We do not guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


Exchanges

Exchange delivery times may vary depending on location and courier operations.
