We aim to keep refunds fair, clear, and transparent.

Lovii offers a 14-day refund and exchange window starting from the date the order is dispatched.
If 14 days have passed since dispatch, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
The item must be returned in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse are not eligible for a full refund.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

Items returned in a condition not caused by our error
Items returned with missing parts or damaged packaging
Items returned after the 14-day window from dispatch

All refunds are subject to inspection and approval.

Refund Approval & Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

You will be notified via text or WhatsApp that we have received your return
You will then be informed whether your refund has been approved or rejected

If approved:

Refunds are processed via online bank transfer only
Our team will guide you through the required banking details

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

Recheck your bank account
Contact your bank, as processing times may vary

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable
If a refund is approved, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We do not guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
